My gate was broken and I called Eddie, told him I had an emergency as I have to leave town and I need my gate to close before I go.  He came over, fixed it in minutes and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A THING.  I tried several times to pay him for his time but he refused to take it.  Also, He arrived EXACTLY when he said he would.  Now there's a concept.
