> My complaint:Your store has NO coupon policy.Your workers here in Merced Ca. are rude! I sent my daughter to get progresso soup they marked down for .50 ea. I had a coupon if you buy 4,you get$1 off. No store refuses a coupon for clearance items that I ever went to and the coupon does NOT say it has to be a regular priced item. A man named Duo was extremely rude to my daughter. My daughter spoke to Terry, the manager. She refused to honor the coupon, she refused to read her store policy when asked, and she refused to give us corporate office number. She then went to talk to Duo who says hes a supervisor and rudely begins to talk about my daughter stating, "what does she want, us to give her money back too?" My daughter could hear as she went on gossiping about my daughter, YOUR CUSTOMER! I would like to make a complaint about that woman who humiliated and embarrassed my daughter. <<< this is what I had to send to corporate office. Uh NO FoodMaxx has horrible customer service. How unprofessional!
