> Horrible service!  This business has a reputation of poor service and they make it impossible to deal with if you have a problem with their work.  They are expensive and shadey.  Beware--this is an independant Firestone and there is NO RECOURSE with corporate Firestone.  You have to deal with them only or the BBB if necessary.  I will not take my car here again and suggest you think twice.  And the staff is RUDE!
