> I can't rate La Tricia less then one star otherwise I would This is the worst auto dealership we have ever worked with as far as buying a vehicle.  La Tricia was our contact and she was very unformed in customer treatment.  La Tricia is so unpleasant, controlling, domineering, push she wants things her way or the highway.  We drove from Sanger, Ca and we dealt for a vehicle we got a purchase order 8/15/2019 around 5:45 pm we had to come back home to Sanger so we could go to our credit union which is EECU because we do all our finances with them.  So this morning I get a call to let us know that the vehicle had sold.  This in my opinion she did this because of my husband disabled Veterans discount from Ford Motor Company.  She kept telling me if you don't bring the coupon for the qualifying veteran from Ford Motor Company you can't get the credit.  We have our military cards but she didn't care.  This is so unprofessional.
