> The technicians were late again and did not call to notify us they were going to be late until it was already past the appointment window.  They were unprofessional and did not explain what they were doing or what they did.  They did not leave a receipt for their service and left trash from another job in our driveway without asking to leave it.  The part left looked like a transmission from another service call.  Our service with Sears has been very good until this repair of our range.  We have always purchased with Sears and always purchase the warranty but this experience  has us thinking twice about doing so in the future.

> 3 repairs 8 visits and my refrigerator is currently 79 degrees. Last service call tech refused to come stating needed 3 hr time slot. Meanwhile I’ve been without a working fridge since March and we are now in May. NEVER again will I buy from Sears!!!!!

> Appoint was easy to set online and they scheduled quickly. The repairman knew what to do and completed repair in a about an hour. The only conplaint is the charge and mark up cost of the part was more than anticiapated.

> The repair man was experienced and very knowledgeable!  He not only repaired my refrigerator but also explained how to avoid the same problem in the future!  He was careful and gentle with the appliance assuring things were all functioning.  The service was quick and thorough!
