> UPS said they delivered my stuff waited for it all day, nothing came. Call them and the lady there knew what size I bought and what I bought but told me they delivered it. They said that it was delivered. But in a couple of days another UPS stop by our house and yold my husband to sign a form so they can look into our case. My husband didn't know and sign it. So UPS use that against us. UPS STEALING OUR STUFF and TRY TO COVER IT UP.....

> Paid $10 to have a critical overnight delivery by 3PM at my apartment. I  Witnessed the UPS Truck driving around in circles [except my driveway] in various business parking lots. I called  the 800 # & complained and the 'exception' allows them to deliver by 7PM?  Totally NEVER going to use UPS EVER!!!!!  Get a link with the tracking numbers on the truck with the delivery driver to receive messages from customers WAITING for HOURS for a delivery that STILL HASN'T ARRIVED & it's 4PM.
