When discovering the price I was shocked! The word luxury is a stretch for what we witnessed. We received a tour from Brigett Hiser who seemed sweet at first until I told her we were no longer interested in Village Landing and now she sends me countless emails and phone calls about availability even though I informed her we have found another apartment.","rating":1,"date_published":"2018-30-04"},{"author_name":"jeff.hyatt.737","review_text":"Worst apartment I have ever lived at. Outdated appliances. This was supposed to be a luxury apartment cottage. Was dirty when I moved in.  The walls were covered in hair that they just painted over.  Things were falling apart, dishwasher, vent cover, lights all needed repair in a few months.  The worst was the noise.  Landscapers fire up their mowers and blowers at 7:30 in the morning.  They landscapers also does the garbage and drives a literal train of garbage bins through at 7:30 a.m. , that takes the windows and shakes things.  Also college kids all over breaking bottles, playing basket ball, yelling, etc, at all hours.   I spent months asking managers to get landscapers to change their hours.  They never did anything.  Now I am writing this and breaking my lease.  I just can't spend a whole year not getting sleep.  I wear earplugs too but nothing prevents noise from a mower starting up 3 feet from your head right outside your window.","rating":1,"date_published":"2014-17-04"}]}
