I was sick but needed to convert to 700 euros for a trip to Cuba. I drove to CE Milpitas which was further than other locations because the reviews were so good. But the lady was taking forever to do the transaction. She said they weren't answering to approve the transaction. I think she thought I was a terrorist or something because I had a cough mask on, but it's because I was sick and coughing.  And I took it off to talk to her so she could see my face and also gave her my CA drivers license. This weird guy came and started videotaping me with a cell phone and she had me standing there waiting, cold and sick for at least half an hour. Eventually she told me max she could convert was 600 so I took it. But it was very weird and unprofessional and super slow service. I am a us citizen with a current drivers license and no criminal record or anything. All I can conclude is some kind of racial profiling. Weird. Made my cold worse. Their rates are very competitive, better than the airports &  the fee is very reasonable and a very quick service, no waiting  & friendly teller.
