> My husband went to Dr Mussone. Never, never again. We have dual coverage, yet they made us pay $381 up front anyway. Then, they received payment from Delta Dental for the entire cost of the procedure.Trying to get our money back was a nightmare. We were never responded to except given excuse after excuse and told they would call us back. They never did. After calling 5 times in about 3 weeks, we both got so mad, we could hardly hold our temper.Save yourself so much frustration and never do business with themThe office staff is rude and full of excuses and has the worst customer service I have ever seen in all my life. They have had our money for 60 days and have still not sent us a check.I had to call and practically threaten them. We are still waiting for our money that we should never had to pay.
