So you can only imagine how concerned I was when my long-time pest control person retired. I tried the big national companies and even the local "reputable" companies and always felt like I was under-served and over-charged. I still get cold-calls from these companies trying to convince me to sign a long-term service contract for thousands of dollars. I am happy to report that I now have a new long-term pest control company. FlashPoint Pest Control is an excellent, locally owned, family-run business. Bill, its owner, is as honest and virtuous as they come. When you call FlashPoint, Bill will answer the phone, he will be the one that performs the service and will be the one to follow-up and see the job to its completion.I trust Bill enough to deal directlty with my tenants and have had nothing but positive comments relating to his courtesy and professionalism. Bill has tackled some tough pest control projects for me. The most recent was a 4-unit apartment building that was infested with bed bugs. Bill was fair with his pricing and exemplary with his service. I am happy to report that my building is now pest-free, thanks to Bill's diligence.Having an insect problem, be it roaches, bed bugs, ants, fleas... is very stressful. Having to find a company that will competently irradicate these pests can compound this stress. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, competent and professional pest control company that won't over-charge you and under-serve you, I highly recommend you give Bill at FlashPoint a call.
