He is excellent in his profession to the point of being a perfectionist. Got a lot of dentistry comprising of Root Canals, crowns, extraction and Implants all under sedation. Felt no pain and am extremely happy with my treatment. To top it all, he is very reasonable with his prices and extremely fair. I was a new patient at Dr. Lapsi's office about 5 months back. I had a tooth ache with abcesses formation and had not seen a dentist in a couple of years. Long story short, I needed some dental work done. His office staff is extremly curtious and have very good customer satisfaction skills and continued to work with me in last 4 months and still continue to do so to accomadate me with my ongoing dental treatment. Dr. Lapsi examined me and used a simple educative approach to explain me at every step as to what needed to be adressed first and why I had this huge infection in my office. Contrary, to the office that I had been to previously, Dr. Lapsi's staff explained me throughly all my treatment options and left the decision onto me. Him and his office made me feel very much at ease to take the necessary steps in attending to my dental needs. It was good to find a dentist who was caring and gave a true opinion as to how exactly the situation was and how through prevention things could still be contained. My treatment at Dr. Lapsi's office constituted of four Implants, fillings, crowns, deep cleaning, whitening and Invisalign. Although I am still undergoing treatment for Invisalign, however I have completed the rest of the treatment and could not be more ecstatic and happy with the results. I am completely satisfied with the results of my dental treatment and am extremly impressed by his manners and dental skills.
