> I hired him to remove 2 walls and move the furnace and hot water tank. He did it all without permit and when the city asked for sheer beams, he wanted to charge me $10,000 more with $800 extra cost for the engineer to draw the new plans.  The hot water unit he installed exploded twice.  He left the job unfinished and am pursuing him through CSLB. What a crook!
