His appraisal was equal to the sale price ($720,000) and despite that it was independent it contained numerous statements by the real estate agent who was a dual agent. Subsequently Orange County Assessor reduced valuation of this house by $122,000 to $598,000 due to location of the house and major problems that made house non livable. Insurance company had cancelled house insurance. My requests for correcting appraisal were ignored by Mr. Mills. I do not recommend Mr. Mills as an Appraiser to anyone purchasing house.","rating":1,"date_published":"2018-15-01"}]}
