> Very nice and knowledgeable but could definitely be a little more professional. When I was escorted back to her office for my appointment she was sitting at her desk. I felt like I wasn't good enough for her to leave her office to come get me or get up from her desk. She didn't even show me the way out of the building. I had to find my own way out. A family member also went to her and said she was 10 min late and walked in carrying a Starbucks!  Its very obvious she is trying to come across as a large law firm but she isn't so she could be a little more personable.
