> I have been to this establishment before and it was. Good. Tonight I brought the family of 6 for dinner and less than impressed. We ordered two orders of Texas fries. They came out warm at best the chees had already stiffened to make a block instead of gooey goodness. The girls fajita plates came out warm. No sizzle. My plate came out sizzling hot but the smell of burnt food as it was placed in front of me.  Tast test confirmed it was burnt and I had to send it back maybe the second time I have done that in 15 years. Last but not least the kids meal for my four year old was the last to arrive. The manager did come over and offer another plate but I turned it down. Read to many stories I guess. It will be a long time before I'm back.

> Last year  i took wife & daughter for lunch.  Sandwiches were good, toasted bread is great.  Server was in another world. .. Like i was her bad uncle.  2 tables  away, a kid screamed constantly at top of lungs (2 yrs old?).  Server disappeared... Everyone disappeared...parents said nothing.  I sent internet complaint to  Chillies.   No  response..  Employees seemed preoccupied & Dismissive... We will not return.
