I have been waiting for over a month to get a letter of paid in full and have not received it. I need this letter to give to our housing department so I can get back on section 8.  I keep calling and calling and calling, leave message after message after message and nothing.  NO CALL BACK. His admin said it will take 2 weeks for the judgement and still nothing.
