They were taking photo's for the Salinas YMCA youth soccer team.  I was one of the coaches of one the team.  The photo shoot took place at Lincoln Elementary School field.  I was in line to have my grandaughter photo taken.  When I reached the line, I was shocked that they did not have a credit card machine like \"square\" etc.  I asked them if I can send the money by mail.  One of their girls gave me an envelope with no label for reference.  She said all I have to do is send the money in an envelope.  I asked her if I can pay by credit card on the phone and she said yes. During the photo shoot of my team, the Lifetouch people's  camera malfunctioned: they had to take the the team photo twice.  On 10/16/2013, I called 209-544-0961, the girl said they do not accept credit cards and could not referenced any of the info I was giving to access my grandaughter's photo.  She told me to call 866-955-8342 and within the span of 30 minutes, I spoke to Casey, Raquel and Cliff; all of them have no clue on how to retrieve my grandaughter's photos.  Cliff told me to just mail the envelope given to me at the soccer field and that I can follow up with a phone call at  866-955-8342. I sent $59 in M.O. and the envelope certified mail to 1016 Reno Ave.  On 10-22-2013 at 11:00 a.m., I called the 866-955-8342 and spoke to Tiffany.  She  couldn't get in contact the Modesto studio.  She asked me for my number and e-mail.  I waited for a week for the certified mail return receipt and Tiffany's response; NOTHING.  On 12-11-2013, I receive the certified mail, I sent Lifetouch.   The P.O. sent the Modesto Lifetouch studio notices for the mail to be picked up; these people haven't picked up the mail.  I still don't know why the Salinas YMCA contracted this studio from Modesto.  There is another franchise in Monterey, CA. The 1/2 cent levied on the our sales tax can help the emergency services of Monterey County.  Always have your checkbook ready if you want these folks to be of service to you.  They do not accept debit cards on remote spots nor over the phone. I you can take your own photo's of your youngsters, just do so.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-12-12"}]}
