> My Dr. ordered a power wheel chair for me and this place was so awesome the greatest customer service ever  the office girls worked so hard taking care of my order,  they went over and above to make it happen!  So kind and really caring so hard to find nowadays.  Awesome showroom also.

> I did a lot of research online before deciding what brand and type of mobility scooter I wanted.  Mobility Plus didn't carry the exact model I wanted, but are Pride dealers.  They were kind to let me try out the scooters they had in stock, and when I asked questions they couldn't answer, they called Pride and got the answers for me.  I decided to purchase my scooter through them, because they do the authorized service repair in my area.  I could have paid less online, but supporting local businesses appeals to me, and they are a live source I can always turn to for questions or repairs.

> I HAD HARD TIME GETTING UNDERSTOOD. Trying to get my power chair replace. Need to get copies of insurance cards to them first. Its HIPAA violation if they ask the doctor? Told me fax it email it text it mail it but I don't know how to do those and I can't get out. Not even a tiny compassionate. Kindness is not cover on my insurance? Hung up on me.

> Don't use this place for your medical supplies.  They installed a scooter lift on to our car.  Job wasn't done right & the scooter came off the car.  Fortunately we didn't get very far & the vehicle behind us saw it come off & was able to get it to the side of the road for us to come back & retrieve it.  Fortunately no damage, however, we weren't very happy.  Also needed batteries for the scooter.  Their batteries lasted less than 6 months.  Won't do business with them again.  Please go to another place to get your batteries or any other supplies.
