His business values and customer care are of the highest caliber. I have witnessed him (on several occasions) be generous to a fault and do everything he possibly can to resolve any issue that may arise. I was having trouble with my exhaust break. I just finished dealing with a mechanic whom kept my truck for 9 days and did not touch her. Did not communicate at all. So, you can see my frustration and chris put my mind at ease. I have never been to ford doctors yet but chris kept me on the phone as if I was his buddy, no rush and very friendly. It felt as if I had known him all my life. What a world of difference between chris and previous mechanic. This is an example of what chris said. ...bring her in eddie, ill do what I can to helo you and don't worry buddy its the exhaust break. Heres a conversation with my old one time mechanic who held my car for 9 days...oh, thats an exhaust break? I didnt know. ...oh what? Your steering has a slack? I don't know. .felt perfect to me.
