If you tell them about mold in your apartment, their solution is to paint over without fixing the seal around the window.  ANY time a tenant has an issue, it is ignored for extended periods of time and even when it does get \"fixed\", it is a shoddy temporary fix instead of fixing it appropriately the first time around.  The turn around time for things to get fixed has consistently been anywhere from 1-3 months if not longer. I ASKED THE APARTMENT TO TAKE CARE OF IT AND THEY REFUSED. I HAD A PROFESSIONAL MOLD INSPECTOR COME AND NOT ONLY TEST THE SURFACE BUT THE AIR AND INDEED IT WAS MOLD I ONLY LIVED THERE A FEW MONTHS AND ONCE I RECEIVED THAT NEWS I VACATED IMMEDIATELY. THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT SEEMS NICE AT FIRST BUT THEY ARE LAZY AND DO NOT REALLY WANT TO MANAGE. WHEN I FIRST RESEARCHING THESE APARTMENTS I SEEN LOTS OF GOOD REVIEWS AND A FEW BAD ONES AND I JUST ASSUMED THOSE PEOPLE WERE DIFFICULT TENANTS BECAUSE THE STAFF SEEMED SO NICE BUT I WAS WRONG. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT AND YOUR HEALTH WILL SUFFER. ITS HIGHLY HAZARDOUS MOLD I HAVE THE NOTICES TO PROVE IT.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-11-04"}]}
