> The property management here is seriously lacking.  If you tell them about mold in your apartment, their solution is to paint over without fixing the seal around the window.  ANY time a tenant has an issue, it is ignored for extended periods of time and even when it does get "fixed", it is a shoddy temporary fix instead of fixing it appropriately the first time around.  The turn around time for things to get fixed has consistently been anywhere from 1-3 months if not longer.  Not good when its the heater not working in the winter and rain coming through the windows causing mold.

> WHAT YOU GET IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE....THEY HAVE HORRIBLE MOLD ISSUES I HAVE DOCUMENTS TO PROVE I WAS LIVING WITH MY HUSBAND AND TWO CHILDREN AND WE ALL GOT HORRIBLY SICK. I ASKED THE APARTMENT TO TAKE CARE OF IT AND THEY REFUSED. I HAD A PROFESSIONAL MOLD INSPECTOR COME AND NOT ONLY TEST THE SURFACE BUT THE AIR AND INDEED IT WAS MOLD I ONLY LIVED THERE A FEW MONTHS AND ONCE I RECEIVED THAT NEWS I VACATED IMMEDIATELY. THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT SEEMS NICE AT FIRST BUT THEY ARE LAZY AND DO NOT REALLY WANT TO MANAGE. WHEN I FIRST RESEARCHING THESE APARTMENTS I SEEN LOTS OF GOOD REVIEWS AND A FEW BAD ONES AND I JUST ASSUMED THOSE PEOPLE WERE DIFFICULT TENANTS BECAUSE THE STAFF SEEMED SO NICE BUT I WAS WRONG. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT AND YOUR HEALTH WILL SUFFER. ITS HIGHLY HAZARDOUS MOLD I HAVE THE NOTICES TO PROVE IT.
