I liked the reviews & the photos seemed nice. I called & was able to get a sameday appointment on a Saturday. So at the sceduled time, drove across town to drop our dog off for grooming. Upon arrival I was asked for the dogs shot records, which I did not think to bring with me. We usually take our dog to another groomer but being that they were booked far in advance, I was just wanting to get our dog groomed since he was past due.So here I was standing with dog in hand, being refused service because I didn't bring the paperwork with me. It is not a habit to take the dog's medical records with me every time I go out. Their facility isn't as appears in the Google search results. Actually looks like they've down-sized & the dogs are in little random fenced areas.Being a business who does this every day, they should make it a standard practice to notify new customers of what to bring with on the first visit.So hence the 2-star rating. We took our 2 Chihuahua's (Roxy (aka Foxy Roxy) & Hazel (aka Hazel Boo) there for a grooming a couple of months ago.  They came back looking so glamorous that we hardly recognized them.  The prices are very reasonable & the service was great.  The gals knew what they're doing & they really cared about the dogs & their humans.
