> I had a defective jacket for a return and had no problem returning it and getting a new one.The people that helped me was Troy & Alex and I'm very happy.All the other workers were also very nice.I will always come back for more items and love the selection.

> So disappointed in their customer service. Recently purchased several gifts from this company. The  SF Giants watch is defective. They will not exchange it.  Talked to the store manager what a waste of time.Customer service should be their priority. Had to rate this lousy company. They had to have a least one star to post review. But they don't deserve that.
