It is quiet, well appointed, and very professional. I found myself with no salon after the Aveda salon closed at Vintage Faire, but fortunately the stylists moved to Total Image. Many familiar faces including my favorite stylist Carissa moved to TI. She is an absolute doll! I love my color and cut every time and I get so many compliments I have started carrying her card in order to make it easier to give out the salon number. The spa is lovely as well. I've been going to this salon for 6 years now and my hair dresser listens to me and my concerns I have about my hair. I always come out feeling like a beauty queen. Everyone is very friendly and my personal hair dresser is also a friend now after all I've been going there so long. I get compliments on my hair style and color and they want to know where I go. Oh course I tell them TOTAL IMAGE!!! My daughter is 11 years old and she got an A frame haircut and she as well recieved numerous compliments. My daughter that is 22 years old has been going to Total Image also. It is by far the best salon for up to date styles and a place to go and relax for whatever your desire is such as a pedi, mani, massage, or facial. I highly recommend this salon for your hair and body needs. My hair is past my bra strap and when I tell her to trim that is exactly what I get.
