> This place carelessly broke my moms christmas gift! I even paid extra to have it specially shipped. I carefully packed up the customized ornament wrote fragile all over and bubble wrapped everything. The box was smashed and her gift broken! I will never go through them again. When I wemt to file a claim it basically asking for proof of value and all this info but its not the point it could be $5 u cant replace the sentimental part. I would not recommend anyone going to them if you have fragiles to mail. Rediculous!
