> Do NOT shop here!!!   The glass is all low quality. ALL of the mid to higher price ranged devices (Vaporizers, Pens, Etc.) are fakes!  Everything is WAY over-priced. The customer service is fine at first until you have a problem and then they point you to their sign. (No refunds or exchanges) They do not offer store credit either. The employees also have very little knowledge about the devices they sell. Here is my story:  I purchased a device (Herbal vaporizer. "G-Pro") that ended up being defective (The plastic was melting and burning into smoke) and when I took it back to the store I was told to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer informed me that I had purchased a counterfeit. (with pictures to prove it! [Link on bottom]) When I took it back to the store I was told that a refund or exchange was not an option despite my long-standing as a customer and countless purchases. The owner admitted to knowing he was purchasing and selling counterfeit items to increase his profit margins and that dissatisfied customers were simply out of luck.
