> After a dispute with another business regarding my lawnmower, the manufacturer told me to take it to west turf for a second opinion. I really wish I would have come here first. The difference in service was night and day! Mark was very kind, patient, understanding, and politely informed on somethings I overlooked. Without hesitation, he over to quickly look at mower, diagnose it, and fix it for free because of the headaches I went through with the other business. I brought the mower to him and he fixed it in minutes! Everyone there was extremely helpful and professional. My grandfather and I both agreed that we do not mind driving a little further to shop here in the future. Thank you very much!

> Westurf nursery does not do much to correct a bad situation. Bought a plant from there, it showed signs of dying a few days later, inquired about how to revive it &amp; an employee there said that the plant was adjusting to new situation. Gave the plant a few more days to adjust &amp; hopefully bounce back. It never did. Called back the nursery &amp; they said they would not do anything about it. Also said that any plant they sell needs to be planted in the soil that they sell &amp; only that soil. Sounds weird to me, but I guess that makes for a bigger sale for them.I will take my business (big or small) elsewhere, not to Westurf again. I'm very disappointed with their service &amp; business philosophy.

> I've purchased sod from Westurf in the past and got ok service. Then about 2 months ago, I bought a Strawberry Tree - a tree that according to Westurf is one of the toughest trees you can buy. So I bought it, returned the next day to pick it up, and purchased some planting soil. Less  than two months later, the tree is on the verge of death. I've watered it and fertilized, but to no avail. I returned to Westurf with a credit card statement which enabled them to pull up the transaction. Because I purchased the sod the next day with cash, they said I couldn't get a refund or even an exchange on my dead tree. I figured a privately owned nursery would offer better service to customers, but I was WAY WRONG. From now on, I'm buying from chain stores - cheaper prices and better customer service. Goodbye Westurf. I'll never visit you again.
