We had KM&J Carpet install carpet into our home a year ago. Just a few months went by and the carpet started buckling in rooms that are unoccupied. They came out and fixed it. However, it started again a couple of months ago. They are refusing to fix it and say it was due to carpet cleaners. Unfortunately for them, we haven't had our carpets professionaly cleaned in over 7 months. We've filed a formal complaint to the BBB against this company. The irony of all of it is that on their website it states \"Our company philosophy has always been \"whatever it takes\", which absolutely ridiculous since clearly they don't adhere to their own philosophy! Stay away from this company! They obviously do not know how to install carpet.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-29-05"}]}
