> i just visited Stix Ride Shop in Monrovia for a bottle of speed cream for my swiss bearing and I highly recommend other with needed accessories or advise to visit.  I believe his name was Brian.  He brought my speed cream bottle and demonstrate how to properly clean my bearing with the proper tools, which was great because i have never clean bearing before.
