> Jeff Kerber remodeled our pool and backyard landscape several years ago. They did a great job on the pool: adding water features, beautiful stone coping, pebble plaster, stamped "slate" decking, BBQ Island & firepit. I get complements from family and friends every time we enjoy our great backyard.Recently, the spa developed a leak. Jeff Kerber came out to fix it. We could not tie it to any area that they had done any work on. Rather than argue about whether it was my 20 year old plumbing failing, or damage they had caused during the renovations: they fixed the problem without charge.By the way, we also had a few cracks develop in our coping. Asked around and researched the web: CEMENT CRACKS (OR "CHECKS")! EXPANSION AND CONTRACTRATION FROM HEATING AND COOLING CAUSE "CHECKING." ALL ANYONE CAN DO IS TRY TO MITIGATE, OR TRY TO CONTROL WHERE IT CRACKS (CALLED "CONTROL JOINTS"). LOOK AT ANY CONCRETE SLAB OR DECK: THEY ALL HAVE CRACKS (I NOTICED A LOT OF CRACKS IN MY OLD DRIVEWAY, ONCE I STARTED TO LOOK CLOSER!).
