> Lady of the shop got order wrong on 2 different occasions. Supposedly is always out of flowers but says she will come close to the order but really she tries to cheat you and she was unprofession (both times).

> This is the worst place to get any special occasion flowers..The owner does not listen to your needs or likes, she ruined my wedding,  My bouquets were completely welted before the ceremony was over. I didn't even get a chance to keep any flowers to save. She also made the centerpieces to what she wanted and not what I asked for.  I would never recommed her to anyone. Hugo's Flowers is the best its located in Pomona
