> I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed two weeks ahead of time.  The appointment day was here......... but not the groomer!!!!  They never showed up or even took the time to call to cancell.  Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

> On a Thursday, I made an appointment for the following Tuesday at 5PM. At about 4:15PM on Tuesday, I received a call from the groomer saying she could not keep the 5PM appointment because her sister did not show up to help her. She said she would wait for her son to come home and he would help. I offered to help, but she declined,saying owners made the pets more nervous. We re-scheduled for 7:30PM the same evening, because she would be in the area for another customer. She did not call nor show up for my cat's appoinment.
