Although they signed off that they did the all the termite repair work, they really missed a lot and the work they did was very poor. For example, a wooden door and jam that was damaged by water and rot was just nailed with a board! When the house closed, I hired another termite company for another opinion and presented this report to Real Estate Termite and made an appointment to meet them at the house. I had to take a day off to meet them. The morning of our appointment, they called to say they had to cancel due to a employee having to be at court... didn't they know this before?? So I lost a day of pay for nothing! We reschedule about 5 days later and the guy met with my contractor. That was a week ago and I have not heard from them since. I have actually been waiting for the owner Ulysses to call me for two weeks. When I call the office he is either sick or out of the office. Do these people even care about their reputation?? I don't get it. I would not recommend them. They do not do quality work, they do not stand  by their work, they do not call back....run fast from this company and find someone else!!!!","rating":1,"date_published":"2015-31-07"}]}
