I'm not a big fan of doctors. I was treated extremely well by Dr Russ and the staff. With my first visit Dr Russ took his time with me, I didn't feel rushed through. He treated me like a valued client, which I'm finding rare nowadays. His staff also took their time with me while I did my frame shopping and addressed my concerns about my first pair of glasses.
