> Use anyone else for a real estate transaction. Lance Monosoff is not reasonable to deal with. He represented the buyer of my property. He was late on paperwork; even after the property was recorded in the county records, he wanted to finish up some documents that had NOT been done in a timely manner. He didn't help his buyer know when the 17 day inspection period was expiring, so the buyer went on vacation, jeopardizing the sale! They were forced into removing all contingencies without benefit of a home inspection! I wonder if the buyer knew that they should have a home inspection!!!  Additionally, Lance in writing, actually called myself (seller) and the pest control company liars about repairs being done, threatening to sue the pest control company that did the work. I was there, observing the work as it was done. I would give a negative star if it was possible.
