What I liked is that the receptionist went over the office policy in detail about no show or cancellation so that I won't be charged $250 she also got the approval from my insurance company, she made the process very easy. While visiting Monterey and having a friend visit overnight, she encouraged me to finally do it. When I went to MBSC to see the facilities I was VERY impressed with the fine hotel-like setting instead of a stark room.  The facility is first class all the way and made me feel very comfortable.  I was lucky and able to get in within one week. The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The bed was AMAZING and even though I usually stay up late, I was able to fall asleep quickly. I have received my equipment and am well on my way to a better sleep and fuller life.
