> WOMEN BEWARE...DISCRIMINATION!!!  Chris treats you like an idiot, doesn't take your concerns seriously, and takes advantage of his customers. A month after he installed a transmission, I brought it back because it wasn't shifting properly. He claimed to have checked it out and found no issues. This was repeated several times and he never corrected the problem. The transmission went out while my kids and I were driving out of town. Being stuck at 3am and the nearest town was 40 miles away, was all because Chris NEVER addressed the problem! After a ruined vacation, I called Chris to let him know. His, "what do you want me to do" attitude and lack of compassion was shocking. He refused to take ownership of the problem and questioned me that if it was even a transmission issue. He commented about me being a woman and how I was looking at the situation. He got frustrated with me! I am deeply disappointed with Chris and his lack of professionalism. I would do negative stars, but had to put one to post.
