We went to Hot Springs in Moreno Valley just to see what they had in stock. James met us and was extremely helpful but yet no pushy. I told him we were just  looking and had no plan on purchasing a spa. He was extremely helpful and couldn't be more low key. Due to his excellent approach I decided to throw out an offer. Ten minutes later he had a very generous counter offer and we were Hot Springs owners.A couple of weeks later Ryan and Tony were at our house, on time to deliver and set up our spa. i couldn't be happier with their professionalism and meticulous work. There's a lot of information, and confusion, out there, but after having done all we felt we could, we decided to buy a Hot Spring Spa from inland Empire Hot Spring Spas in Moreno Valley. We've been very happy with the entire experience. We were never pushed by the salesperson, in fact, we made three trips to the dealership for measurements and even got into the spas to feel for comfort. After deciding on the model, we gave a deposit and waited approximately a week for delivery.The delivery guys were very friendly and professional. They placed the spa where we asked, wired it up and filled it with water. They even stayed to instruct us on chemical use and spa functions.The spa is one of the best investments we've ever made. It's always hot and clean and needs very little maintenance. My husband is on his feet all day and really appreciates the foot jets.We've had to call a few times to the dealership for various reasons, and everyone is always so nice. needless to say, we'd recommend this spa and dealership to anyone.Addie","rating":5,"date_published":"2009-14-02"}]}
