> I was referred to Kurts by someone who was happy with prior service. I am a female and have grown up around mechanics (in my family), but since I do not live near any of them anymore I have to go to places I am not sure of. Kurt was demeaning and actually lectured me about my problem. He insisted his guy had not / could not have done anything wrong since he only hires guys from UTI College who have many years of experience.  I ignored his continuous pressure to upsale me on products I knew were only profitable for him.  He assumes anyone who works on their own car is stupid and incapable.

> I don't like it when I get taken advantage of, but I feel it's my fault for letting a business with unethical work practices do that to me.  However when I recommend a place like Kurt's and they make me look bad by treating my personal friends who I sent over thinking that they would be taken good care of and instead get ripped off, in my book that is unacceptable. These people truly have no morals and care nothing else but getting your money for sub par work and charging you for services not rendered.  Folks, you have been warned.

> Learn from my mistake.  Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, but let me tell you it will NEVER happen again.  I've taken my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same unless you like getting ripped off.  If you have had work done here, then you know what I'm talking about.  My dead grandma can do a better job than those clowns Kurt has working in his shop.  Why must they be so rude? What happened to good old customer service... oh yeah GREED.  Enough said.

> Kurt's One Stop Tire & Auto Repair has been taking great care of my cars for years and they have always done a great job.  In my opinion, they have the best prices on regular maintenance, repairs & tires in Moreno Valley and the entire inland Empire. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.
