> My wife and I moved to Morgan Hill less than a year ago and called Frank's Plumbing to replace an upstairs bathroom faucet.  It was an original fixture, which we tried to remove ourselves, but opted to call a plumber instead.  They sent out a young person, maybe a junior plumber with less experience to handle this.  As it turned out, he seemed to have difficulty removing it also and told my wife and I that we would have to remove it ourselves first, then call him back and he would make an appointment to install the new faucet.  I have never heard of a plumber that would ask a customer to do this.  Obviously, he only wanted to do what was easy for him and leave us with the hard work.  We were very disappointed with this company and would never recommend them to anybody requiring professional work.
