My daughter saw them for an allergy test on 2/25. I was informed that they put her tests under my name. I made a payment to the balance and they put it towards the wrong acct. Took 3 months to get fixed. I made the final payment 9/4/15 and once again, they put it toward the wrong acct. So I get a letter today stating that this is in collection. Billing has done this 3 times now. I have never been delinquent and now this marks on my FICO. Ridiculous!!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!! And a complaint to BBB is in. Kaufmann (who is the PA there) is such a great physician to see. I feel she really cares about the patient and takes the time to answer questions, gives different options, and is super smart about female anatomy. The office is small, no waiting usually, and you"re in and out of there very quickly. They have a package called Family Pack. Female exams, std checking and birth control if you qualify.
