> I have a Chrysler 300 SRT. I took my car for a car wash, when they were done with the car, I noticed my a passenger seat was all the way forward completely in my way. I leaned over to move it back and noticed that my seat was broke. Mind you every single guy walked away from the car, did not tell me anything. When I finally got somebodys attention, they looked at the seat, told me that my motor burned out, which would confirm the burning smell I noticed when I got into the car. They did not know what they were doing. They sat there looking under the seat with a flash light for 10 minutes. I finally told them to leave it alone. I than took it to my dealership, who had the car for 4 days and confirmed that somebody broke the shaft. When the car was done, We ended up getting our warranty to pay, which was over $600. However, we did have a $100 co-pay. We took the invoice back to the car wash, who is clearly responsible. Got the run around. Found out there are multilpe "owners
