They were friendly, on time and even came out ahead of time to give me an estimate. They treated some pet problems in my home with a special solution and it looks and smells great! Previous cleaners just made this problem worse, but their technician took time to explain the process to me and he didn't charge me for more treatment than I actually needed. That was a refreshing change. They were all dressed very professional. First they gave me a magnet and business card and went through the details of the job. They were doing our carpet cleaning ( 2 rooms ) and our 1,500 sq ft of Tile and Grout. The entire time Dave was very considerate with all of our belongings. The carpet dried extremely fast and our tile came out great.
