Bill provided me with a verbal quote which I agreed to. Upon completion of the job, Bill handed me an invoice which was much more than what was quoted and agreed upon. I was surprised but paid it at the time. I should of spoken up regarding the discrepancy, but I didn’t, an error on my part.  In retrospect, I regret not disputing it.  I will not be using his services in the future. If you get a quote from him, make sure it is in writing and also, before you agree to additional work get that pricing also in writing.","rating":2,"date_published":"2021-07-12"}]}
