As you board the train (like most dinner trains or boats), there is some one there to snap a picture of you and your party and you can purchase the photo after or during the ride. We did just that after our ride.I asked if I wanted a reprint after we return home I was informed all I had to do was call (was given the phone number) and they could send me one or however many I wanted to order. Well I did just that, called three times left three voice messages and to this date, I have not received a phone call.  This is poor customer service not to even return the call, to acknowledge a customer.This is poor customer service.","rating":1,"date_published":"2010-28-08"}]}
