I purchased an item close to their closing time. They hustled in ANOTHER item into my purchase, took my money then closed. The next day when I tried to return the extra item, they pointed to an obscure sign noting their \"no return\" policy. Most businesses I've dealt with would refund a non-damaged item with no problems, but apparently that isn't the case with this business.  I may be out of luck due to \"caveat emptor\" but thankfully because of the net, I can warn others as to how Hollywood Music treats their customers.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-16-07"}]}
