> Back in 2001 we purchased a new roof from a low cost cheap roofer (all ready out of business). The second year the roof leaked and began falling apart. We were horrifed that after spending $9,000 on a new roof that it would fail so quickly. When we went to sell the home, the inspector failed the roof, so we had to install a new roof to sell the home. We got three bids and all were pretty far apart, even though we requested a presidential shake in bark brown color. We explained our horrible experience to each roofer regarding our last re-roof and it was PetersenDean who came to the rescue. They had 2600 SF of presidentials in their warehouse and offered us a "warehouse pricing" deal that was under $10K in total. Everyone else was well over 12 to 15K for the same roof. When they installed the new roof, they were clean, neat and so professional. I cannot say enough good things about PetersenDean. We highly recommend them to everyone we know.

> I went out to bid for a new roof in September and I called three roofing contractors, including Petersen-Dean. All of the roofers were fairly close in price but when I drove to see all of there roofs, Petersen-Dean's looked the best. I also spoke with ten (or so) past clients of each of the roofers (I know I am over the top) Petersen-Dean came out with the best price and customer satisfaction rate. So, I went with them and they did a great job on the roof, they cleaned up daily and I have a new roof to be proud of. Thanks Paul for everything, I will spread the word everywhere I go.James
