I was dreading the flooring portion of the remodel.  Having some ideas in mind but not knowing how to tie them all together I went to By Design Floors in Newbury Park.  I met with Decker Warner and told him my ideas for wood but wasn't sure on carpet or tile for the bathrooms.  Decker took the time with me to explain all my options and show me what would work with the wood I had picked out.  The best part was everything was within my budget!  The installers showed up when they were scheduled and installed my flooring beautifuly and were a pleasure to have in my home.
