> There is nothing worse than feeling helpless.  Prior to taking the Assault Prevention course at Iron Circle Martial Arts, I didn’t have confidence that I could defend myself if I were to be attacked.  With the techniques shown during this course, I learned that I don’t have to be stronger than my attacker, I just have to know how and where to strike.  Not only did I learn how to avoid or prevent an attack, I gained the understanding of how my attacker might think, so I can better use my new defense techniques.  After nine weeks of practicing and applying these skills, I have renewed confidence in myself and feel prepared.  I also have a changed mindset should someone try to assault me, and that is, I WILL BE GOING HOME!  A special thank you goes to Master Bobby Schmelter and his dedicated team who were willing to be beat up by mothers and daughters week after week.

I have trained at many martial arts and self-defense schools throughout my career, but nothing even compares to the real skills and quality instruction there.
