> GJ Builders did do a very nice job on the work they performed for me on two separate occasions; however, because of unprofessional customer service regarding defective workmanship, I couldn’t in good faith refer them to a friend. It was only after they were told by a neutral third party that the defective workmanship they performed was in fact their responsibility, did they begrudgedly fix the problem. Instead of stepping up and being a “hero” and taking care of their customer, Roger of GJ Builders chose to be a “zero” and tried to walk away from his responsibility. Did GJ Builders fix the problem? Yes. If you choose to go with them, pray for no issues.
